Most smokers tell me that smoking is one of their hardest addictions to overcome. Even stronger than the addiction of the nicotine itself is the HABIT & ROUTINE of smoking. We find ourselves smoking routinely after meals, in the car, with the first cup of coffee in the morning, or when we feel our stress levels begin to rise.
