Man, I love my elec cig. It has saved me on so many occasions where I would normally be unable to smoke. Just keeping it nearby, hopping into the corner or a restroom, taking a puff or two, and I feel fine. Plus no toxins or any of that crap that they put into normal cigs! Life is gooooooood.

Elec Cigs are, (obviously), much more healthy than reg cigs! Apparently the elec cigs just deliver a dose of nicotine and some vapor. That's it! I always wondered in the back of my head if these were too good to be true, but they are NOT! With determination, I WILL quit reg cigs! WooHoo!

So I am beginning to really start to ween myself off of regular cigs and utilize my elec cig more. My father actually went to the doctors the other day and asked which is better for you, reg cigs or elec cigs. Obviously, the elec cig won the contest. But he told him that it is pretty much just vapor with a bit of nicotine in it. That makes me even more excited to rely on my VictoryTek cig more! This thing rocks!

Hey everyone! Sorry that I have been away for awhile, but with the holidays, work, and WORK, it has been tough for me to get online @ home when I can blog. Anyway, things are going great! Several cruise lines have further limited smoking on ships, leaving a few designated areas as the last refuge to light up at sea.
Princess Cruises' guests won't be allowed to smoke in staterooms or on balconies starting with sailings on Monday. Three other lines recently tightened their smoking rules or will join Princess in doing so next week.
Cruise lines are stepping up their efforts to snuff out smoking on ships due to changing guest preferences and fewer smokers aboard…

With New Year’s fast approaching, it is important to find a worthy resolution to commit to, and quitting smoking is one resolution that should stick. VictoryTek.com can help.

VictoryTek has long felt that logic and common sense should prevail for smokers. So many people like the nicotine, but getting it through burning and inhaling tobacco leaves is an awfully imbalanced way to enjoy nicotine. If we are all about the nicotine, aren't there better ways to get it?
And... is it really common sense to outlaw a product that helps people to minimize or possibly eliminate the single largest cause of preventable death in the country? As such the IOM…

The head rush comes because cigarette smoke displaces the amount of oxygen into the lungs, and therefore the blood. The term for what we experience when we smoke tobacco is hypoxia- albeit a mild form. Hypoxia is a shortage of oxygen to the brain, which causes the head rush and occasionally dizziness.
There will be less of a tendency for headrushes with your VictoryTek electronic cigarette, because there is no smoke, only a water-based vapor. Oxygen is not displaced. It…

Many of VictoryTek's customers are former "chewers" (snuff or "red man" consumers who have liked to pack tobacco into the lip in order to get their nicotine). However there are significant problems with chewing tobacco.
This article by the Mayo Staff Clinic illuminates some of these hazards, indicating that this habit might be more harmful that we might think: …

Despite the best efforts of anti-smoking advocates to educate, tax, and ban tobacco users out of their habit, millions of people continue to smoke and over 443,000 of them die each year in the U.S. as a result. Such statistics may lead you to think that any safe smoking alternative would be cheered by public health advocates — and you'd be wrong. Enter e-cigarettes like the VictoryTek (www.VictoryTek.com).

VictoryTek has heard from customers all over the world that smoking helps them to keep their weight under control, and that when they stop smoking, that weight gain is eminent. Is this just speculation, or is there some truth to it?
In the new study, scientists from Yale University and the Baylor College of Medicine investigated how nicotine worked in the brains of mice to suppress their appetite. The researchers found that when nicotine binds to a particular receptor in…

Due to the catestrophic affects of cigarette smoking upon health, nicotine has gotten a pretty bad rap. But there are benefits to using Nicotine too. VictoryTek is studying some of these.

VictoryTek has long known that there are benefits to nicotine. Its just that the way that most people get their nicotine is so imbalanced (tar's, chemicals, carcinogens, and other harmful ingredients). But the nicotine itself is something that the brain actually LIKES.
The remarkable protective effects of nicotine — the addictive chemical in tobacco — on the brain are continuing to surprise scientists. One recent…
