Harm Reduction Research Forthcoming

VictoryTek has long felt that logic and common sense should prevail for smokers.  So many people like the nicotine, but getting it through burning and inhaling tobacco leaves is an awfully imbalanced way to enjoy nicotine.  If we are all about the nicotine, aren't there better ways to get it?

And... is it really common sense to outlaw a product that helps people to minimize or possibly eliminate the single largest cause of preventable death in the country?  As such the IOM (Institute Of Medicine) is calling for new research on electronic cigarettes, as well as tobacco lozenges.
