I know you never want to hear about something that goes wrong with a product...but it happens.

 

To me, the way a company takes care of the problems is just as important as the product itself. It is important to know that there is service and back-up behind the product.

 

I am very happy to report that I am super pleased with the service received from Joe and VictoryTek. Both my atomizers went out within days of each other!!!! (Talk about panic!) I contacted Joe and returned the defective atomizers and replacements were in my hands within days!  You couldn't have asked for quicker, nicer customer service!

 

I love this product.......and the company!!!!

Thank you Leslye, and we are grateful for you sharing your good experience.  As you know, one "awe sh#@" can ruin a thousand atta-boys, so we work hard at trying to get things right.
